Over a decade in, Sweetpea continues to be on a path of growth in Drum and Bass. Cutting her teeth with a 6 year residency on legendary London Pirate Radio Station - Rude FM, one of her proudest moments came in 2021, hosting the BBC Radio 1 Drum and Bass Show for 2 years in a row. Sweetpea now hosts a bi-weekly residency on the new KoolFM, after being handpicked to join the fresh roster in 2023, headed up by RINSE.

Sweetpea is one of the founding members of EQ50, a collective of women addressing inequality and representation in dance music. Formed in 2018, the collective hosts a string of networking events, festival stage takeovers as well as, in 2020, launching the first ever Drum & Bass mentorship programme for women and non-binary people. Successfully into its 3rd year, the mentorship is home to the likes of Nia Archives and Mandidextrous.
After a string of collab releases since 2016, her solo EP on Spearhead in 2020 landed Sweetpea fully as a solo producer. With her music gaining DJ Mag Premiers,Drum and Bass Arena exclusives, Radio 1 Plays and Staff Picks on Beatport, this year is set to be her busiest of releasing. Her continued work with the likes of Sofa Sound and now delving into the world of jungle with her debut AKO Beatz release, Sweetpea is undoubtedly one of the most versatile artists in the scene.
Already having a background in teaching, Sweetpea also spends her time educating future artists as a DJ and Producer tutor. With works including creating modules for Guildhall University, she regularly holds workshops for World renowned company Pioneer.
